I teach at the Senior Center. My classes are based on
B.K.S. Iyengar's teachings. He is the person who brought
Yoga to the United States from India.
There are many kinds of yoga. His yoga is Hatha. The breath
is the most important part even if you aren't able to
do the poses yet.
